Tax Exemption
If you are purchasing as a tax exempt customer or organization then you can create an account and send us a picture of your exemption card and a photo ID by email.

When you email the pictures of your card(s) or certificates your account will be activated and the tax exemption will be applied each time you log-in to checkout. FAQ
How do I create and use my tax exempt customer account?
- Create your account using the link at the top of our page.
- Send picture(s) of your exemption card and photo ID to info@tackleoutdoors.com
- Log into your account.
- Your tax exemption will automatically be applied to your order during checkout.
I did not have a tax exempt account at the time of my last purchase. Can I get a refund for previous purchases?
- No, we are unfortunately unable to apply tax exemptions retroactively. If there was an account issue then contact us below.
What if I'm shipping to a different state/ province?
- Your exemption is only valid for the states/ provinces in which you've provided identification for. Taxes will be applied accordingly if shipping is to another state/ province.
Does my tax-exempt account expire?
- Your exemption will expire on the date listed on the identification or certificate. If there is no expiration date on your certificate, your exemption will expire 4 years from the issue date or earlier based on your state or provinces statute of limitations. Accounts with expired certificates will have taxes applied at checkout.
- Your customer account does not expire.
