Tackle Outdoors ships orders all across the US and Canada. Products will ship from the closest location with stock for your orders.

Shipping
Preferred shipping methods will be selected at the time of purchase by the customer. The selected method of shipping will be added to the purchase. The order will then be processed for delivery the same or next business day, depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 11:45am EST will be processed next business day. Shipping times vary on the method selected and shipping company.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
- International orders will have the choice of UPS or USPS.
- USPS is preferred method for no additional fees upon delivery.
- Orders shipping from the US will be subject to provincial taxes at checkout & any applicable duty fees when delivered with UPS. You may pay in advance using your UPS tracking number provided or upon delivery.
- Domestic Deliveries will include taxes and all shipping charges at checkout. Shipping options include Canada Post and UPS.

US SHIPPING
- Domestic Deliveries will be charged shipping & taxes at checkout.
- International orders coming from Canada will be subject to state taxes & any applicable duty fees. You may pay in advance using your tracking number provided or upon delivery.

Orders with any additional weight or large dimensions may be subject to Oversized Package Fees. Anchors, Trolling Motors, Fishing Rods, Marine Equipment, Riggers, Tents, for example will all see additional charges.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Free shipping codes when given out for specific products may not work if other items are in the cart of a customers order. These have been assigned to a certain product(s) and have been intended for single item purchases. Codes will be specific to product or product category/ collection and will work in accordance to that promotion or campaign. Contact us if you feel there is an error and we can look over the order. Free Shipping offers are only valid in the US, unless the promotion states otherwise.
Shipping Discount Codes are only valid for the duration of any current promotions. We offer discount codes to our Canadian shoppers in replacement of free shipping offers only valid in the US. Discount codes will either be specific to a product(s) or include shipping for an entire order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Back Orders will be shipped UPS Ground, First Class Mail or best method available. Customer will pay shipping on any other selected method. If we receive a portion of the order we will ship those items at the original cost of shipping or the eligible free shipping and the remaining back ordered item(s) will ship at no additional cost to the customer. Travel time depends on your location in the US/ Canada and selected method of shipping.
If an item is out of stock or not returning to stock, then it will be removed from Tackle Outdoors product listings and will be removed from your cart at checkout.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers requesting return or refund for any other reasons than product or order error may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and/or 10% opened box fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example:
- Special orders
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, night vision equipment and any optics
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on select sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE:
In some scenarios the original purchaser may be required to ship the at their expense.
When selecting a carrier for your package that you insure the carrier offers shipment tracking to offer a safe return or declare the full value so that you are covered/ protected if the shipment is lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item and any loss or damage during shipping while selecting a carrier.
