Offering a high frequency range of 150-250 kHz and a constant 25° beam width, these transducers are truly broadband at its best. A unique property of the new high frequency transducers is that the beam width is a constant 25° angle across the entire frequency band. Now, in addition to providing vast bottom coverage and precise fish detection in the upper water column that can sometimes go unseen with our narrow beam transducers, Airmar's new wide beam format also creates crisper and larger return images on the display. Shipping to Canada will be calculated accordingly and shipped with UPS.
Orders with any additional weight or large dimensions may be subject to Oversized Package Fees. RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If there is an issue with your item/order, please contact us within 30 days of the original receipt. If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 14 business days of the issuance of the credit or refund. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
A 10% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee is in effect on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
We do not permit the return of the following products, unless due to manufacturer defects:
• Special orders and products/ specifications
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, night vision equipment and any optics
PLEASE NOTE:
When selecting a carrier for your package that you insure the carrier offers shipment tracking to offer a safe return or declare the full value so that you are covered/ protected if the shipment is lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item and any loss or damage during shipping while selecting a carrier.
